- ➤ CADAS will host TITANIUM—an inaugural fashion event featuring designer Christian Siriano, a runway show with models synchronized to techno music, and live performances by the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera Chamber Ensemble and the Chattanooga Ballet—at the Chattanooga Convention Center on May 31 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The event will benefit the nonprofit alcohol and drug treatment center as it celebrates recovery. - ➤ The Tennessee Highway Safety Office will launch Operation Hands Free on April 1—an initiative to enforce the Hands-Free Law during National Distracted Driving Awareness Month. - ➤ Planners held an open house at the Tennessee Aquarium’s River Journey building on March 27 to gather public feedback on the nearly finalized downtown riverfront plan.
