- ➤ The Tennessee Legislature passed a bill that shifts hemp regulation from the Department of Agriculture to the Alcoholic Beverage Commission and bans the sale of products with more than 0.3% THC — a move that could force top seller Gold Spectrum to cut nearly 90% of its products, relocate operations, and lay off most of its nearly 300 employees if Gov.
