- ➤ Chattanooga Preparatory agreed to pay $100k to settle a federal suit after a student with autism was wrongly reported to police for an alleged threat. A final hearing on the settlement is set for July 1 and the school will train its staff to tell apart harmless words from real danger — a change meant to prevent future mistakes. News Channel 9
