- ➤ A Bradley County woman was arrested on Saturday, June 21 after deputies responded to a welfare call on 8th Street Northeast and found 15 emaciated dogs, several reptiles, and small mammals living in poor conditions with a dozen dead animals — she now faces 6 counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and 24 counts of animal cruelty as the SPCA cares for the surviving pets.
