- ➤ The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office sponsored the fourth annual Running Down Recidivism 5K at the Chattanooga Riverfront, benefiting The BRAVE Effect nonprofit that helps former inmates re-enter society — HCSO team members and their families competed while local vendors provided food, music, and fun — and the event raised funds and awareness for re-entry programs.
